What to bring

  • Musical instruments, voice, dancing shoes
  • Camping gear (yes, people have been known to forget tents or sleeping bags!)
  • Warm bedding, blankets (Even if you’ve booked a bunk, you will need bedding and a pillow)
  • Towels and toilet gear
  • Cooking gear and food if you’re self-catering
  • Bring something comfortable to sit on in the marquee – chair, cushions, rugs or whatever
  • Moores Valley can be very chilly overnight (and sometimes very wet) so do bring warm, waterproof clothing and footwear to suit
  • Remember your gumboots (we don’t call it Wellyfest for nothing)
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat for the sunny days
  • Earplugs are a good idea, especially if you’re in a bunkroom
  • A mug for the home brew
  • Cash, as there’s no EFTPOS facilities

But you can forget:

  • Your credit card (we don’t have EFTPOS)
  • Your cellphone (the nearest coverage is several kms down the valley)
  • Your pets (this is a nature reserve and no pets are permitted
